Privacy Policy

Summary
SteadyCare does not collect, store, or transmit your data anywhere. Everything you enter — care recipient profiles, medication schedules, dose logs, care notes, photos, and behavioral entries — stays on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server operated by us that your data ever passes through.
What We Collect
Nothing. SteadyCare has no analytics software, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service that sends data off your device, and no user accounts. We do not know who uses this app, how often, or what they enter into it.

Permissions SteadyCare Requests, and Why

| Camera / Photo Library (iOS) or storage access (Android) | Only used when you choose to attach a photo to a care note. The photo is stored locally with that note. |
| Face ID / Touch ID / biometric or device PIN | Only used if you enable the optional App Lock in Settings, to require your own device's screen lock before the app opens. We never receive biometric data — this authentication happens entirely within the operating system. |
None of these permissions are used to collect data about you — they exist solely to provide the feature you enabled.
What SteadyCare Does Not Do
- No account or sign-in is required or offered.
- No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking of any kind.
- No advertising SDKs, and no ads are shown.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties, because no data is collected from you in the first place.
- No cloud backend operated by us exists to store, process, or have access to your data.
Deleting Your Data
Settings → "Delete All My Data" permanently removes everything SteadyCare has stored on your device, immediately, with no network connection required and nothing left for us to separately delete — because we never had a copy.
Children's Privacy
SteadyCare is intended for use by adult caregivers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and since the app collects no information from anyone, this holds true for all users regardless of age.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes — for example, if a future version adds an optional feature that does transmit data — this page will be updated and the in-app version will reflect the change before that feature is available.
